Osborne, William of Patcham

1745 - 1798
Keymer
Sussex
United Kingdom

William Osborne of Patcham is someone who we know very little about. His second marriage to Elizabeth Mitchell at Keymer is significant in that this gave rise to the establishment of numerous branches of the family in the locality. He was buried in Keymer on the 4th Feb. 1798. Keymer is described in 1808 as a hamlet in the Parish of Clayton containing 68 houses and 465 inhabitants.
